i've never worked before…one more thing what is a cover letter?

My goal is to become integral to the success of any organization or company I belong to. To achieve this, I wish to find a position that allows me to utilize my skills to their full capacity.

Cover letter: Is an introductory letter that you send out with your resume. Go to the career section of your local library and take out some books on writing cover letters. They'll have plenty of examples that you can borrow from.

I need to make a resume,so actually i want to know what is actually pilots objective?

Generally speaking a 'cadet pilot' is someone who is involved in a cadet scheme (self sponsored or otherwise) to become an airline pilot. Therefore, their objective would be "career airline pilot employment" or "Flight Officer Employment with ABC Airlines".
